Religion is the thing that confuses me a lot. At a point where logic ends and faith starts, u can't
argue much. Try to argue and u will hear things like "don't talk like that abt god, its a sin!"
or "u and ur eccentric ideas, u will certainly go to hell!!". my gosh! Gimme a break!!!!
There are many aspects in Hinduism which are beyond my understanding.
They say God is one, he is omniscient and blah blah.... that's pretty decent. But how come
the god in tirupathi be more powerful than the same god in the temple at the end of ur street???
what's the need to travel that much distance, wait in queue for long hours, scolding ur self(as u r not supposed to scold god) and finally come out of temple with a sigh of relief " thank god! It's over!".
when i ask them "y". they say "God is testing u... by waiting to see him, u r proving ur patience."
When i say " that's wonderful. Why don't u stand in free darshan queue and prove u r patience by waiting to see him for 50 hours rather than buying 100/- ticket and waiting for 4 hours."
they simply say" u r talking like a fool". May be...... but i'm a reasonable fool!!!
Or when i ask them "Y", The answer they give to me is "kshetra mahatyam"( holiness of the place) and i am lost again.
Is the mahatyam in god or the place??
The power of gods vary depend on the season also!!!
kaarhika masam - Lord shiva is more powerful
dhanurmasam - Lord vishnu is more powerful

Light a lamp( pramida) with 365 threads in it on last day of kaarthika maasam in temple of shiva and u will get the effect of lighting a lamp for a whole year!!!( this is the most hilarious one!)
I know some of these silly rules are introduced for our convenience and not a part of ancient hinduism. But what i want to highlight is the mentality of the people who always look for short cuts.
I know i will never stop if i continue like this. Thats why i stop here. I have Lots of my eccentric feelings to tell u. I will tell u more in my next post.

But,either Vishnu or Shiva no one told that i have more power at this place than other place.If they really exist they will listen to us from any place.:)
Absoultely God is one. He wants all the mankind to be one. Its the people who are seperating them and making all these NonSenese belief's.
